Yes! We have ample free parking directly in front of our clinic building at 842 Willow Creek Drive. There are also two accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. We also have a designated drop-off area for large or mobility-challenged pets.

Yes, we work with most major pet insurance providers including Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Embrace, Nationwide, and ASPCA Pet Insurance. We provide itemized invoices that can be submitted to your insurer. Our reception team can help you understand your coverage options. Payment is due at time of service.
Can I request medical records for my pet?
Absolutely. Medical records can be requested via email at info.fahadpets.clinic@gmail.com or by calling the clinic. Records are typically compiled and sent digitally within 2 business days. If you're transferring to a specialist or relocating, we'll ensure seamless transfer of your pet's complete medical history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and personal checks. We also offer CareCredit veterinary financing for larger treatment costs. Payment plans can be discussed with our clinic manager for complex or emergency cases.
